Scheduling
Keep availability, appointments, and the day’s calendar in one working view.
AI-assisted booking
People rarely ask for appointments in perfect form fields. Rerilo is being built to understand everyday requests, turn them into clear booking details, and pass them to scheduling rules that stay in control.
A product in development by Vumu Solutions LLC.
Rerilo
New booking request
“Could I book a haircut after 3 on Thursday? Anyone is fine.”
Find the service, time preference, and provider choice in the customer’s own words.
A clear draft for the scheduling workflow
Rerilo’s scheduling logic checks the real calendar and the business’s booking rules before anything can be confirmed.
Proposed next step
Offer matching times after 3 PM. If none fit, ask the customer what works next.
One connected product
A booking is only one part of the job. Rerilo’s broader direction connects the everyday work around each appointment.
Keep availability, appointments, and the day’s calendar in one working view.
Carry the right customer details and booking history into every appointment.
Connect payment steps to the customers and appointments they belong to.
Keep practical customer updates close to the work instead of across separate tools.
AI approach
AI helps with the messy first step: understanding what a customer means. Rerilo’s application logic is responsible for checking actual availability, applying business rules, and controlling appointment confirmation.
Implementation status
An Anthropic API adapter and evaluation framework are implemented. Claude is the intended model for natural-language interpretation, and live-model/provider verification is still pending. No production-provider capability is claimed.
Planned for a future phase
A later phase is planned to help service businesses handle routine calls and conversational booking requests. The phone receptionist is part of the product direction and has not launched.
Built around real booking conversations
Tell us how your customers ask for appointments and where the current process slows down. Rerilo is in active development and is not commercially launched.
